The apartment is in a modern residential complex, there is everything you need, a set of towels and soap were waiting for me. Cool view from the window from the 17th floor. A good area in general, you can get to the right bank in 20 minutes, and everything is nearby on the left. KFC and Achan is near the house. Across the road is Lake "Sonyachne" with a beach - a cool place, the water is the cleanest (but cold), I recommend at least a walk there. The owner is problem-free, extended the apartment for another day when I needed it.

Very nice hosts! The apartment is very bright with lots of natural light. The location is ideal, good transport connections. Only 20 minutes to the airport or the center (very cheap taxi, less than 10 euros) Everything was great! Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

In general, a very good option for the price/quality ratio. The apartment was on the 24th floor. Nearby is the Aushan hypermarket, and a small park near Sunny Lake, where you can walk your pets. Agree with previous comments regarding parking issues. Not even for parking, but with the principle of entry and exit from the premises. The fact is that the navigator leads to enter the house from Olena Pchilka Street, but the residents of the house decided differently, and the correct scheme of entrance and exit from the adjacent territory is located directly in the house. It played a cruel joke on me because I had to reverse almost 150 meters in a very tight parking lot and quite a narrow street.

Near Auchan, near the bus stop. The apartment with laminate is comfortable and warm for the feet, there is a hair dryer, and the washing machine is good. Upon request, the apartment was cleaned, paper, rags, washcloths, dish and floor cleaner, and additional towels were provided. There is wifi.
